As one of the first pioneers of Nelson County’s rural breweries Blue Mountain brings a lot to the table. The menu offers a diverse selection of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and specialty pizzas, most of which come in gluten-free options.

Tavern on the James 

Visitors to downtown Scottsville can enjoy outdoor and indoor seating, a full bar, and seven big-screen TVs. Tavern on the James also highlights local Central Virginia beef sourced from local farms. Live music is available on the weekends.
