Silverback distillery proudly boasts the only Mother-daughter distilling duo in the nation. This dynamic duo has won 24 international awards including World’s Best Award for their Strange Monkey Gin.  

Master distiller, Christine claims her passion for crafting spirits is rooted in family history, particularly from her great grandmother who was known for her bathtub gin.  

You will find the tasting room warm and cozy. The bar staff are friendly and educated, resulting in a more informative tasting experience. They can tell you about the botanicals that make up the crisp aromatic gin, or where Silverback distillery got its name.
