The Emmet/Ivy Garage is across the street from the International Residential College and Carr’s Hill Field on the corner of Emmet Street and Ivy Road. The garage is mainly used by those who hold parking permits through UVA’s Department of Parking & Transportation. At times the garage is used for University special events such as Graduation Exercises, athletic events, performances, etc.
